Yageo AS Series X7R Automotive Grade Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) feature flexible lead-free terminations and are used for automotive equipment. These AEC-Q200 qualified capacitors consist of a rectangular block of ceramic dielectric in which a number of interleaved metal electrodes are contained. This structure gives rise to a high capacitance per unit volume. The AS series automotive grade MLCCs feature rated voltages from 10V to 250V and capacitances from 1nF to 4.7μF. These automotive grade MLCCs are suitable for all general purpose, entertainment, comfort/security, and information applications.
