These relays feature load current ratings from 50mA to 9A (20A with heat sink), and 30V to 1000V load voltage ratings. 1-Form-A relays are available in SOP-4, SIP-4, SMD DIP-4, SMD DIP-6, SOIC-16, Power i4-PAC, and ISOPLUS-264 packages. Fault-protected SSRs with active current limit and thermal shutdown are also available from Littelfuse to offer robust and rugged switching solutions.

CPC1563 Current Limited OptoMOS® Relays

IXYS CPC1563 Current Limited OptoMOS® Relays are single-pole, normally-open (1-Form-A), optically coupled, solid-state relays composed of an input LED, two output MOSFET switches, and a photovoltaic array with operational management circuitry. This integrates switch control, an active current limit with excess power regulation, and thermal supervisory circuitry. The CPC1563 relays are designed specifically for telecom products and applications requiring switching of moderate level DC loads or AC loads having a moderate DC offset. The IXYS CPC1563 Current Limited OptoMOS® Relays also provide excellent power-cross immunity for improved survivability in harsh environments.
