Toshiba Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Solution is used to design highly functional Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) that require a small form factor and strong heat dissipation. Toshiba's lineup of MOSFETs, photocouplers, TVS diodes (ESD protection diodes), Logic ICs, and other semiconductor components use the newest technologies to help designers optimize their PLC projects.

Optocouplers

Toshiba Optocouplers are used for a variety of applications, ranging from industrial equipment to home appliances and equipment. The optocouplers consist of a high-power infrared LED coupled with a photodetector.

TLPxxx InGaAs Infrared LED & Photo Transistors

Toshiba's TLPxxx InGaAs Infrared LED & Photo Transistors consist of photo transistors optically coupled with InGaAs or GaAs infrared emitting diodes. They are guaranteed a wide operating temperature (Ta = -55 to 125 ̊C ) and high isolation voltage (3750Vrms). They are suitable for switching power supplies and hybrid ICs and for high-density surface mounting applications such as programmable controllers.

TLP292-4 InGaAs IR & Phototransistor Photocoupler

Toshiba TLP292-4 InGaAs Infrared and Phototransistor Photocoupler consists of phototransistors optically coupled to two InGaAs infrared emitting diodes connected inverse parallel. These devices can operate directly with AC input current. The TLP292-4 is housed in a very small and thin SO-16 package. Each Toshiba TLP292-4 has a guaranteed wide operating temperature (TA=-55°C to 125̊°C) and high isolation voltage (3750Vrms). This feature makes it suitable for high-density surface mounting applications such as programmable controllers.
