High Capacity Photorelays

Toshiba High Capacity Photorelays are available as Solid State Relays (SSR) or MOSFET Output Optocouplers and are typically used as signal relay replacements. High capacity photorelays include products with ION>1A on-state current. Photorelays are semiconductor relays made up of an LED optically coupled to a MOSFET. Optocouplers are used for various applications, ranging from industrial equipment to home appliances and equipment. These single-circuit photorelays are able to handle both AC and DC loads. Photorelays are available in either through hole or SMT/SMD mounting styles. In addition, they're offered in several package types, including 2.54SOP4, 2.54SOP6, DIP$, DIP6, DIP 8, 4pin SO6, SSOP4, and USOP4. The operating temperature range is -20° to +110°.

Photorelays

Toshiba Photorelays are ideal for security systems, mechanical relay replacements, factory automation, and measuring instruments. General-purpose, high-capacity, and lower CR photorelays are semiconductor relays made up of an LED optically coupled to a MOSFET, used mainly as signal relay replacements. TLP310xA Photorelays

Toshiba TLP310xA Photorelays optically couple a photo MOSFET with an infrared light-emitting diode, housed in a compact 2.54SOP6 package. The low ON-state resistance and high permissible ON-state current of the TLP310xA Photorelays make them ideal for power line control applications.
