VOW137 & VOW2611 High-Speed 10MBd Optocouplers

Vishay VOW137 and VOW2611 High-Speed Optocouplers are 10MBd widebody optocouplers that consist of a GaAIAs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated photodetector. The detector incorporating an integral Faraday shield provides a high level of noise isolation, required by high-power switching applications. Vishay VOW137 and VOW2611 High-Speed Optocouplers feature a high level of isolation distance, exhibiting an external creepage distance of >10mm. The optocouplers are ideal for applications with working voltages exceeding 1000V.

VOW Family Optocouplers & IGBT / MOSFET Driver

Vishay VOW Family Optocouplers and IGBT / MOSFET Driver consist of a GaIAIs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated photodetector. An integral Faraday shield provides a high level of noise isolation, required by high power switching applications. Vishay VOW optocouplers and IGBT / MOSFET driver are designed for welding equipment, motor drivers, solar inverters, and more.

CNY Series High Isolation Voltage Optocouplers

Vishay Semiconductors CNY Series High Isolation Voltage Optocouplers are category IV high voltage isolation optocouplers available in a surface mount package. The high isolation voltage SMD version optocouplers consist of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4 pin plastic package. The single components are mounted opposite one another, providing a distance between input and output for high safety requirements of >3mm. Vishay Semiconductors CNY Series High Isolation Voltage Optocouplers are ideal for such applications as solar equipment, smart meters, and smart grids.
