BM1390GLV-Z Pressure Sensor IC

ROHM Semiconductor BM1390GLV-Z Pressure Sensor IC features a built-in temperature compensation function and has a pressure range of 300hPa to 1300hPa. This piezo-resistive pressure sensor is waterproof and comes in a 2mm x 2mm x 1mm package. It offers an I2C bus interface (f/s mode support), built-in FIFO, and -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. ROHM Semiconductor BM1390GLV-Z Pressure Sensor IC is ideally suited for applications such as smartphones, healthcare, and mobile devices. An evaluation board is available.
