MCX E31 microcontrollers (MCU's)

NXP Semiconductors MCX E31 Microcontrollers (MCUs) are 5V robust Arm® Cortex®-M7 core 32-bit MCUs with up to 4MB flash, 512KB SRAM, and EdgeLock® secure enclave. These MCUs with built-in redundancy and fault tolerance simplify the implementation of systems and are designed to protect both assets and lives. The MCX E31 MCUs are used to develop highly dependable industrial solutions with scalable connectivity and advanced security features.
