STMicroelectronics ST67W Wi-Fi® 6 / BLUETOOTH® 5.4 / Thread Modules simplify the development of next-generation wireless solutions for industrial and consumer IoT applications. The modules feature an all‑in-one design and capabilities that contribute to reduced costs and enhanced performance. The ST67W series is powered by Qualcomm's high‑performance 1 x 1 2.4GHz Wi‑Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 QCC743 microcontroller. The modules operate as an IoT connectivity transceiver, with an external STM32 host MCU running applications. STMicroelectronics ST67W Wi-Fi 6 / Bluetooth 5.4 / Thread Modules are self-contained and pre-certified according to mandatory specifications and come in a 32-lead LGA package ready for board placement. Ideal applications include smart homes, smart appliances, healthcare, and industrial IoT.
