SP3031 TVS Diode Array SPA™

The Littelfuse SP3031 Series features low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes with an additional zener diode to provide protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). These Littelfuse SP3031 robust diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (±10kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. With a low dynamic resistance of 0.6Ω, the SP3031 Series offers superb clamping performance to protect sensitive chipsets. The low loading capacitance of 0.8pF minimizes signal degradation and distortion; making these devices ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins such as USB 2.0, Ethernet, MHL/MIPI/MDDI, Set Top Boxes, Game Consoles, Smart Phones, External Storage, Ultrabooks, NoteBooks, Tablets, eReaders.
