AQY217GS PhotoMOS®

Panasonic AQY217GS PhotoMOS® are solid-state relays capable of delivering 200V load voltage and 1.8Ω low on-resistance. The low on-resistance helps in lower heat dissipation and faster turn-on activation speed. The AQY217GS series offers high switching capability and can handle both AC and DC loads. Other features include longer life cycles, better resistance to shock and vibration, and a theoretically infinite life cycle. These solid-state relays come in a 4.3mm x 4.4mm x 2.1mm SOP 4-pin surface-mount package. This Panasonic AQY217GS PhotoMOS series is ideal for use in the measurement market, building automation systems, fire prevention systems, security equipment, and industrial machines.
