Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Ultra-Low Capacitance ESD Diodes feature 2.9V clamping voltage and 0.2pF ultra-low capacitance for shielding sensitive devices from harmful ESD. The low clamping voltage provides efficient protection without compromising signal quality, and ultra-low capacitance is ideal for minimizing signal distortion in high-speed applications. These diodes are designed to avoid compromising signal integrity while preventing damage from electrostatic discharge.
