RNWF02 Low Power Wi-Fi® Modules

Microchip Technology RNWF02 Low Power Wi-Fi® Modules are 2.4GHz IEEE® 802.11b/g/n compliant, fully RF-certified wireless modules designed for Internet of Things (IoT) applications. These modules are interfaced via a two-wire or four-wire UART interface with Microchip’s simple ASCII-based AT commands for easy integration into most of the applications. The host microcontroller can dynamically configure the RNWF02 module with a few simple ASCII commands. The module operates at a single supply voltage V_DD (3.3V typical), and specific Input/Output (IOs) pins support a voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V by supplying the V_DDIO pin separately. The RNWF02 modules are available with an onboard Printed Circuit Board (PCB) antenna or U.FL connector for an external antenna and with or without a Trust&Go CryptoAuthentication™ device.
