YUV Format Camera Modules

Penguin Edge YUV Format Camera Modules use Omnivision’s OV5640 sensor with Full HD H264 video recording at 30fps. The cameras are capable of 5MP JPEG image capture. It is suitable for all variants of Penguin Edge platforms based on Snapdragon 410E and Snapdragon 600E. The cameras feature low power consumption and a small form factor. This makes them an ideal camera peripheral with features like anti-shake technology, AF Control, and an integrated JPEG compression engine. Cables are included to interface with the MIPI-CSI FI-R connectors available on all compatible Penguin Edge platforms.
