Nexperia NXU0101 1-Bit Dual-Supply Buffer/Level Translators are designed to facilitate communication between different voltage domains. These Nexperia translators feature a Schmitt-trigger input and a 3-state output, making the devices suitable for asynchronous data transfer. NXU0101 supports a wide supply voltage range from 0.9V to 5.5V for both VCCA and VCCB, allowing translation between various voltage levels, such as 1.2V, 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5.0V. With a maximum data rate of 250Mbps for translations between 1.8V and 5V, the NXU0101 ensures high-speed performance. These components also include an output enable (OE) pin that can be referenced to either VCCA or VCCB, providing flexibility in design.
