The STMicroelectronics 2STR1160 NPN power transistor features very low collector-emitter saturation voltage, high current gain characteristics, fast switching speed, and a miniature SOT-23 plastic package for surface mounting circuits. The STMicroelectronics 2STR1160 is ideal for use in LED, battery charger, voltage/relay driver, and voltage regulation applications.
