PS2P-ARC-positiesensoren

PS2P-ARC-positiesensoren van Amphenol Piher voorkomen radiale en axiale speling op scharniergewrichten waarbij verkeerde uitlijning tot slechte operationele prestaties leidt, met arbeidsintensief onderhoud tot gevolg. De elektronicamodule van de PS2P-ARC wordt aan het chassis bevestigd en de magneet aan de draaiende delen van een scharniergewricht (of omgekeerd). Aangezien er geen tandwielen of koppelingen bij komen kijken, zijn de PS2P-ARC-sensoren eenvoudig te monteren. De PS2P-ARC meet veranderingen in positie ten opzichte van de sensor door de beweging van een sinusoïdale gemagnetiseerde boogmagneet in een afzonderlijke behuizing te detecteren. Deze boogmagneet is alleen gevoelig voor de fluxdichtheid coplanair met het IC-oppervlak. PS2P-ARC-sensoren bieden dezelfde precisie en stabiliteit gedurende hun hele levensduur, ongeacht extreme trillingen, schokken, temperaturen of verontreiniging. Als absolute sensoren verliezen de PS2P-ARC-positiesensoren van Amphenol Piher hun waarden zelfs niet na een stroomstoring.
