SFS01 Thermal Mass Flow Sensor

Innovative Sensor Technology SFS01 Thermal Mass Flow Sensor is optimal for the fast measuring of gas flow and direction with measurement from 0.0 to 3.5m/s (gas). This silicon flow sensor delivers a fast <5ms response time in an operating temperature range of 0°C to +80°C. The SFS01 comes in a package size of 6mm x 2mm x 0.525mm (L x W x H) with low power requirements and easy system integration. Applications for Innovative Sensor Technology SFS01 Thermal Mass Flow Sensor include automation technology, process and regulation technology, medicinal and biological technology, air conditioning, and battery-operated applications in portable devices.
