Murata MEMS Accelerometers, Gyroscopes and Inclinometers. The 
Murata Digital Accelerometer and Gyroscope Sensors are available 
as chip carrier Sensor Boards and Analog Sensors as extension 
boards with high accuracy A/D converter.

These evaluation units enable performance testing of Murata MEMS accelerometers, gyroscopes, and inclinometers. The Murata digital accelerometer and gyroscope sensors are connected to the evaluation board with a chip-carrier PCB or by using an external interface board. A highly accurate A/D converter is included.
