ControlByWeb X-404™ Modbus RS-485 Modules are purpose-built industrial controllers that support up to 32 RS-485 devices or sensors. Designed for Modbus networks, the X-404 modules also include a single-wire bus for temperature and humidity monitoring, providing a versatile solution for process, facility, and OEM applications. The devices feature a browser-based interface and embedded GUI logic builder, streamlining configuration and control while eliminating vendor lock-in and licensing fees. The X-404C variant integrates a cellular modem to extend Modbus master and sensor monitoring capabilities to remote or distributed environments. CWB X-404™ Modbus RS-485 Modules come in a rugged DIN-rail/wall-mountable enclosure.
