The Vishay Polytech product portfolio includes molded tantalum chip capacitors with manganese dioxide cathode, molded tantalum chip capacitors with polymer cathode, and niobium capacitors. Features of Vishay Polytech capacitors include low equivalent series resistance (ESR), high reliability, high-temperature performance, small sizes, and low profiles.The Vishay Polytech product portfolio, which complements the existing Vishay tantalum capacitor product portfolio, became part of Vishay Intertechnology when Vishay acquired Holystone Polytech Co., Ltd., located in Miharu, Japan, in June 2014. The Miharu facility is ISO-9001 AND ISO-14001 certified.
