AAVID BGA and LED Board Level Cooling Heatsinks feature tape mounting that eliminates mounting holes and saves board space. These heatsinks are for small footprint LEDs and LED light sources. The heatsinks offer a quick and clean peel-and-stick assembly that is compatible with Ther-a-grip tapes, and can be used with plastic or metal/ceramic BGA packages.
