Amphenol-Tuchel ecomate® Overmolded Standard Cable Assemblies provide advanced sealing capabilities in 4 and 7 position configurations as either a molded cable assembly or receptacle with wire leads. A high-quality resin secures the wire terminations into the connector housing, creating strain relief and extending the life of the assembly (500 mating cycles). Neoprene gaskets, silver contact plating, and a rapid screw locking coupling system ensure a reliable connection. The IP68 (when mated) cable assemblies are resistant to UV rays, corrosion, and a wide range of chemical fluids. Amphenol-Tuchel ecomate Overmolded Standard Cable Assemblies are offered in lengths from 0.3m to 15m, 16AWG or 14AWG diameters, and male or female terminations on one or both ends.
