Analog Devices Inc. ADP1740/ADP1741 CMOS Linear Regulators

Analog Devices ADP1740/ADP1741 CMOS Linear Regulators operate from 1.6V to 3.6V while delivering up to 2A of output current. These low VIN/VOUT regulators are well-suited for the regulation of nanometer FPGA geometries operating from 2.5V down to 1.8V I/O rails. The ADP1740/ADP1741 Regulators are also an excellent option for powering core voltages down to 0.75V. Designed using an advanced proprietary architecture, these regulators provide low noise and high power supply rejection.

These devices also achieve an excellent line and load transient response with a small 4.7µF ceramic output capacitor. In addition, the ADP1740/ADP1741 Regulators offer adjustable output voltage options. These adjustable output voltages range from 0.75V to 3.3V. Available in a 4mm×4mm LFCSP package, the Regulators provide excellent thermal performance for applications with a low-profile footprint that require up to 2A output current.
