Analog Devices Inc. ADuM120N/ADuM121N Dual-Channel Digital Isolators
Analog Devices ADuM120N/ADuM121N Dual-Channel Digital Isolators with iCoupler® technology offer outstanding performance characteristics. The isolators have a low 13ns propagation delay with a pulse width distortion of less than 3ns at 5V operation. Designed with independent data channels, the isolators offer tight channel matching at 3.0ns maximum. Operating on either side of a 1.8V to 5V supply voltage, the isolators are compatible with lower voltage systems and enable voltage translation across the isolation barrier. Even in the absence of input logic transitions, DC correctness is ensured. The ADuM120N/ADuM121N Digital Isolators are qualified for automotive applications, and are available in a variety of configurations with a 3kVrms withstand voltage.Features

EVAL-1CH2CHEBZ Evaluation Board
Analog Devices EVAL-1CH2CHEBZ Evaluation Board is designed to support single and dual-channel iCoupler® standard data isolators in 8-lead SOIC packages. The EVAL-1CH2CHEBZ board assesses the entire range of iCoupler data transfer functions. The board also independently powers each side of the iCoupler isolator and applies high differential voltages between the two sides.

Coupler Technology Benefits Gallium Nitride (GaN) Transistors in AC/DC Designs
GaN transistors with smaller device sizes, lower on-resistance, and higher working frequency offer many advantages over traditional silicon-based MOSFETs. Adopting GaN technology could cut total solution size without compromising efficiency.
