Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-HMC8411 Evaluation Board
Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-HMC8411 Evaluation Board (EV1HMC8411LP2F) is a demonstration and development platform for the HMC8411 Low Noise Amplifier. The HMC8411 is a Gallium Arsenide (GaAs), Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC), pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor (pHEMT), low noise wideband amplifier that operates from 0.01GHz to 10GHz.
The EVAL-HMC8411 Evaluation Board features a pre-mounted HMC8411LP2FE in a 2.0mm x 2.0mm LFCSP6 surface-mount package, along with 50Ω SMA connectors for RFIN and RFOUT. DC bias test points are provided for VDD and GND. The EVAL-HMC8411 PCB is mounted on a heat sink for thermal protection. The Evaluation Board provides an example application circuit, allowing rapid prototyping when incorporated into existing designs.
