Analog Devices Inc. LTC2310-12/-14/-16 2Msps Differential Input ADCs

Analog Devices Inc. LTC2310-12/-14/-16 2Msps Differential Input ADCs are low noise successive approximation register (SAR) ADCs with differential inputs and wide input common-mode ranges. The LTC2310-12/-14/-16 operates from 3.3V or 5V supplies and has an 8VP-P differential input range. This makes the ADCs ideal for applications needing a wide dynamic range with high common-mode rejection. The Analog Devices ADCs achieve ±2.5LSB INL guaranteed with no missing codes at 12-, 14- or 16-bits.
