Broadcom ACFJ-3262 10A Dual-Channel Gate Drive Optocoupler

Broadcom ACFJ-3262 10A Dual-Channel Gate Drive Optocoupler is housed in a SO-24 package designed for high voltage, space-constrained industrial applications like motor drives and inverters. The ACFJ-3262 SO-24 package supports a 600V CTI mold, reducing the creepage requirement due to increased insulation voltage in a compact footprint.

The Broadcom ACFJ-3262 10A Dual-Channel Gate Drive Optocoupler features common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) greater than 100kV/μs, preventing erroneous gate driver failures in noisy environments. Additionally, the ACFJ-3262 Optocoupler delivers less than 95ns propagation delay, enabling high frequency switching to improve efficiency in driving MOSFET and GaN transistor/FET.
