Broadcom ACNT-H343 5A Gate Drive Optocouplers

Broadcom ACNT-H343 5A Gate Drive Optocouplers in 15mm SSO-8 packaging are designed for high-voltage, space-constrained industrial applications, including 690VAC motor drives and 1.5kVDC solar inverters. The packaging platform offers a wide 15mm creepage and 14.2mm clearance. Additional features include high insulation voltage and a compact footprint for enhanced high-voltage protection and signal isolation in tight spaces. Broadcom ACNT-H343 5A Gate Drive Optocouplers provide <100kV/μs common-mode transient immunity (CMTI), preventing erroneous gate driver failures in noisy environments. These devices are three times faster than the previous generation, enabling high-frequency switching to improve efficiency in driving IGBTs and SiC/GaN MOSFETs.
