Comchip Technology ES2x-HF SMD Super Fast Recovery Rectifiers have a glass passivated chip junction. These rectifiers feature a 50V to 600V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) range and 2A maximum average forward rectified current (IF(AV)). They offer superfast reverse recovery time and are available in a low-profile package. These rectifiers are ideal for surface-mounted applications.
