KYOCERA AVX 24-9159 Wire-to-Board IDC Sockets
KYOCERA AVX 24-9159 Wire-to-Board IDC Sockets allow 24AWG to 22AWG discrete or cabled wires to be easily and reliably terminated into a 9159 standard interface plug connector. The connectors provide maximum flexibility to bring power and signal wires onto or off any board-level 9159 connectors while providing positive latching. The components mate with standard 9159 horizontal plugs keeping the same BTB connector system. The KYOCERA AVX 14-9159 sockets feature a gold-plated BeCu contact system for high reliability in harsh environments. The wire assembly support block allows for 2 through 6 wires to be terminated in one step with any standard benchtop press. IDC covers provide both through (daisy-chain applications) and wire stop termination options.
