KYOCERA AVX VCAC Controlled Capacitance MLVs

KYOCERA AVX VCAC Controlled Capacitance MLVs (Multilayer Varistor) is an application-specific bidirectional transient voltage suppressor developed for use in mixed signal environments. The series reduces emissions from a high speed ASIC, prevents induced E fields from conducting into the IC, and protects against clamp transient voltages. By controlling capacitance of the MLV, the center frequency and 20db range for filtering purposes can be targeted. KYOCERA AVX VCAC Controlled Capacitance MLVs can greatly improve overall system EMC performance and reduce system size.
