MaxLinear MaxLinear Panther V Storage Accelerator

MaxLinear Panther V Storage Accelerator is engineered to deliver ultra-low latency, 450Gbps throughput, 12:1 data reduction, and PCIe Gen5 x16 interface connectivity for enterprise and hyperscale data centers. This module is built on MaxLinear's Panther III architecture, providing more than double the throughput while helping to lower capital (CAPEX) and operational (OPEX) expenditures. The Panther V offers performance gains, improved energy efficiency, and storage cost savings over traditional software-only and field-programmable gate array (FPGA) solutions by offloading compute-intensive data transformation tasks from the CPU to a single hardware-based solution. MaxLinear Panther V Storage Accelerator features built-in end-to-end data protection and a rich software ecosystem.
