Melexis MLX90421 Triaxis® Magnetic Position Sensors
Melexis MLX90421 Triaxis® Magnetic Position Sensors are designed for automotive applications. The MLX90421 Sensors feature ASIL-B functional safety, improved EMC, and absolute maximum ratings. The MLX90421 Sensors are available in multiple packages with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +160°C.
The Melexis MLX90421 Triaxis Magnetic Position Sensors support ratiometric analog and PWM output modes.
