Microchip Technology PIC32MX25 32-Bit Microcontrollers
Microchip Technology PIC32MX25 32-Bit Microcontrollers are a low-cost solution for a wide range of embedded designs that require complex code and higher feature integration. The PIC32MX25 MCUs have up to 50MHz/83 DMIPS and provide up to 512/64KB Flash/RAM options. These MCUs have a variety of features including SPI/I2S™, mTouch® capacitive touch sensing, and an enhanced Parallel Master Port (PMP).
Other features include Controller Area Network (CAN) 2.0B with DeviceNet™ addressing support, a 10-bit, 1Msps, 48-channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), and a full-speed USB 2.0 device/host/OTG module. Each MCU includes four general-purpose Direct Memory Access (DMA) controllers and two dedicated DMA controllers on each CAN and USB module to maximize data throughput.
