HALVONEX Max Connectors
The HALVONEX Max connectors deliver high-power performance through advanced PCON 21 terminal technology. These connectors are designed to meet the growing connectivity demands of high-voltage interconnection systems in hybrid and fully electric vehicles. Engineered for powertrain and auxiliary applications, these connectors support a wide range of wire sizes, ensuring flexibility and reliability. The HALVONEX max connectors are designed to withstand challenging conditions, providing a robust foundation for efficient and sustainable operations.

- A single wire seal and cable clamp designed to enhance vibration performance across all sizes, starting from 20mm² and beyond

- Closed sealing of the interface enhances protection
- Two color-coding options are available, which provide additional poka-yoke safety
- Contact alignment and retention hold the terminal in the mating direction
- Made from flame-retardant UL 94V-0 material
- Provides protection by keeping the user safe while fulfilling HV requirements
- Flexible design:
- New connectors and contacts support smaller wire sizes to 50mm² to 95mm² to provide increased design flexibility to our customers
- Enable wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations for both 90° and 180°
- Available in 1 and 2 positions to serve different applications
- Easy to assemble:
- Two coding's are available: Code A (black); Code B (emerald green)
- Simplified assembly with mechanical keying orientation prevents mis-mating
- Different keys possible through different rib position on connection feature
