Texas Instruments TMS320F28003x/TMS320F28003x-Q1 Real-Time Microcontrollers are part of the C2000™ real-time microcontrollers. The C2000 microcontrollers are scalable, ultra-low latency devices designed for efficiency in power electronics, including high power density, high switching frequencies, and supporting the use of GaN and SiC technologies.
The TI TMS320F28003x/TMS320F28003x-Q1 Real-Time Microcontrollers offer a real-time control subsystem based on TI’s 32-bit C28x DSP core, which provides 120MHz of signal-processing performance for floating- or fixed-point code running from either on-chip flash or SRAM. The TMS320F28003x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
