TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1 nauwkeurige spanningsbewakers

De TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1 nauwkeurige spanningsbewakers van Texas Instruments hebben een lage ruststroom die systeemspanningen tot 1,15 V bewaakt. Het apparaat handhaaft een open-afvoer RESET-signaal wanneer de VOEL-spanning onder een vooraf ingestelde drempelwaarde zakt of wanneer de pen voor handmatig resetten (MR) naar een logisch laag niveau zakt. De RESET-uitgang blijft laag gedurende de door de gebruiker in te stellen vertragingstijd, nadat de VOEL-spanning en handmatige reset (MR) terugkeren naar boven de respectievelijke drempelwaarden. De TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1-familie gebruikt een precisiereferentie om een drempelwaardenauwkeurigheid van 1% te bereiken. De vertragingstijd van de reset kan door de gebruiker worden ingesteld tussen 40 µs en 30 s door de CT-pen te verbinden met een externe condensator. De TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1 heeft een zeer lage ruststroom van 2,1 µA en is verkrijgbaar in een kleine verpakking van 1,5 mm × 1,5 mm, wat het apparaat goed geschikt maakt voor toepassingen die worden gevoed door een batterij en klein moeten zijn. Het apparaat is volledig gespecificeerd over een temperatuurbereik van –40 °C tot +125 °C (TJ). TPS3890-Q1-apparaten voldoen aan AEC-Q100 en zijn geschikt voor toepassingen in de automobielindustrie.
