TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 Nanovermogen-spanningsbewakers

De TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 Nanopower-hoogspanningsbegeleiders van Texas Instruments worden geleverd met een brede Vin waarmee 9 V-rails of batterijen zonder externe componenten en 24 V-rails met externe weerstanden kunnen worden gecontroleerd. Nano-Iq verlengt de levensduur van de accu voor laagvermogenstoepassingen en minimaliseert stroomverbruik bij gebruik van externe weerstanden. Snelle opstartvertraging maakt de detectie van een spanningsfout mogelijk voordat de rest van het systeem wordt ingeschakeld, waardoor maximale veiligheid wordt geboden bij gevaarlijke opstartfouten. Laag vermogen bij inschakelreset (VPOR) voorkomt foutieve resets, voortijdige activering of inschakeling van het volgende apparaat en juiste transistorbesturing tijdens opstarten en uitschakelen.
